SUMMARY

Having recently been sent home from Stanford, I was inspired by a conversation I had with my professor during office hours and decided to make a real-time aggregate mood visualization tool to help professors, educators, and meeting leaders “read the room” over Zoom. The project uses the Google Cloud Vision API to read emotions, PyAutoGUI to continuously take screenshots to input into the API, and TkInter to show the visualization.
